Job description
The key responsibilities of the IT Business Analyst will include:
·Analyzing and understanding business needs, developing clear and accurate specifications to ensure that systems fully meet business requirements
·Analyze client processes and identify opportunities for optimization in different business domains
·Translates functional specifications and business process analysis into technical specifications. Codes and tests work according to standards
·Facilitate requirement gathering sessions
·Consistently completes work within estimated timeframes. Responsible for estimating automation duration.
·Help drive software development standard methodologies from technology selection and workflow to coding standards
·Translate the customer’s business requirements to define RPA (Robotic Process Automation) value proposition and solution scope.
·Ability to effectively communicate with business and technical teams at all levels
·Maintains a high standard of quality for all deliverables
The person we’re looking for needs to have:
·Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or other relevant field.
·1-2 years’ experience in technology business analysis. Experience in the area of business process analysis and automation will be consider as an asset
·Experience in process assessments and understanding applications of Information Systems with preference in ERP, RPA and BPM will be consider as an asset
·Experience in Web Development
·Experience in Microsoft SQL and relational databases
·Experience in process documentation and analysis, including specification of system requirements for business processes.
·Previous consulting experience will be considered as a plus.
·Strong communication skills and experience communicating with senior leadership
·The candidate must be fluent in English and Greek language – both in writing and speaking.
