Our Technology Intelligence and Performance department is continuously growing, supporting clients of all different sizes across many different sectors and is currently seeking to employ an IT Project Manager.
Job description
The key responsibilities of the IT Project Manager will include:
- Managing technology projects of high complexity in terms of elements and cross functional teams.
- Liaison between technical and business teams for customer facing engagements.
- Monitoring project progress and implementing changes where necessary.
- Maintaining a good working knowledge of assigned component projects
- Developing and maintaining project scope documents, organizing human resources, maintaining and reporting out project timelines, and identifying/managing key benchmarks associated with project completion.
- Assist in translating business requirements to functional design, estimating solution, performing reviews, working closely with clients and counterparts, managing work and capacity planning.
- Carry out data analysis by identifying resources, gap analysis, requirements for migration and integration to existing systems.
- Technical writing for bids and proposals
The person we’re looking for needs to have:
- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or other relevant field.
- 4+ years of relevant IT experience in the area of IT Project Management, Software Development and Integration
- Experience in large-scale enterprise application and data management projects (e.g., CRM, Billing, ERP, Data Warehouse etc.)
- Thorough understanding of project management fundamentals (including Agile Project Management, Scrum Master experience)
- Understanding of software development life cycle.
