The key responsibilities of this role will include:

• Supporting for the end to end recruitment process regarding talent acquisition for all positions (CV screening, interview arrangement, administration tasks and communication) 
• Offering unique candidate experience and guidance
• Building good collaboration with hiring managers
• Participating in career events and organizing corporate employer branding events Being an ambassador of our firm’s culture and values 
• Creating and generating reports with recruiting and employer branding data 
• Assisting in creation and management of presentations and employer branding material
• Contributing in other projects relating to employer branding and candidate experience

The key requirements of this role are:

• Maximum 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Holding a Bachelor’s Degree in HR and/or business studies
• Excellent Microsoft Office usage and LinkedIn Recruiter
• Master’s degree in HRM will be consider as a strong asset
• Fluent English speaker
• Strong organizational, communication, multi-tasking and collaborative skills
