The key responsibilities of this role will include:
- Supporting for the end to end recruitment process regarding talent acquisition for all positions (CV screening, interview arrangement, administration tasks and communication)
- Offering unique candidate experience and guidance
- Building good collaboration with hiring managers
- Participating in career events and organizing corporate employer branding events Being an ambassador of our firm’s culture and values
- Creating and generating reports with recruiting and employer branding data
- Assisting in creation and management of presentations and employer branding material
- Contributing in other projects relating to employer branding and candidate experience
The key requirements of this role are:
- Maximum 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Holding a Bachelor’s Degree in HR and/or business studies
- Excellent Microsoft Office usage and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Master’s degree in HRM will be consider as a strong asset
- Fluent English speaker
- Strong organizational, communication, multi-tasking and collaborative skills
