Our Technology Intelligence and Performance department is continuously growing, supporting clients of all different sizes across many different sectors and is currently seeking to employ a Junior Presales Consultant.

The key responsibilities of the Junior Presales Consultant will include:

• Working with the ΙΤ Business Development team to define selling strategy within the target accounts
• Analyzing and understanding the requirements of customers as detailed in the tendering specifications (RFPs/RFIs/RFQs and Public Tenders)
• Responding to above mentioned requirements and developing tailored proposals and quotations in terms of technical solution writing, methodologies, quality assurance, project management, etc.
• Collect and review available information on the Tender’s subject matter, e.g. analysis of current situation, project stakeholders, project risks and assumptions, key points for successful implementation, lessons learned, etc.
• Organise the proposed project team and gather the relevant company’s project references required
• Conduct Work Breakdown Structures along with man-effort estimation for Work Packages proposed.
• Manage Bids, coordinating internally with other departments and externally with partners & vendors

The person we’re looking for needs to have:

• University Degree in Computer Science, preferably from a Polytechnic School / Technical University (5 years) or a 4-years IT degree with Masters degree in IT or MBA.
• Experience in proposal / technical / tender writing will be considered an asset
• Experience with public sector projects will be considered an asset
• Ability to describe technical texts and procedures in a simple, non-technical language, easily comprehensible to non-IT audience.
• Knowledge of the life cycle of Information Systems (planning, analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and maintenance)
• Familiarity with IT related services such as IT Security, IT Support, Cloud Services, Reporting, IT Training, Business Process Reengineering, IT Consulting, etc.
• Solid understanding of Agile software development approaches, Project Management and Quality Assurance methodologies and tools.
• Strong Understanding of IT Architectures, Cloud Services, Technology trends, Software Technologies and tools.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio)
• Excellent English & Greek writing and oral skills
• Strong organisational and time management skills - attention to detail
• Flexibility and strong feeling of responsibility
• Ability to cooperate with the Business Development team as a team member, but also as a leader in certain Tenders.
• Ability to interact with numerous project stakeholders.
