The role in detail

We are seeking a creative and motivated Digital Marketing Associate to join our Marketing & Client Experience team, with a focus on social media management, digital campaigns, and brand awareness. You will support day-to-day content creation and management across digital channels, assist in marketing activities and events, and contribute to the development of local digital strategies that strengthen the firm’s online presence and support new business opportunities.

• Be responsible for day-to-day content management of social media accounts

• Creating content for different media, localize global content for the local market

• Working across the entire scope of marketing activities

• Assisting with the production of marketing material

• Creating positive external awareness of the firm in our market place.

• Creating positive internal awareness of the firm for our people.

• Securing brand implementation nationally and drive targeting activities, campaigns, proposals, research, arranging meetings and database maintenance

• Supporting the team in the delivery of the larger, high profile, cross service line events and campaign activity.

• Developing a local digital and social media strategy so we are using social media effectively to improve brand's digital presence and to identify new business opportunities.

To be successful in this role you need the following ( hard & soft skills):

• 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing services or corporate environment

• A Bachelor’s Degree in IT, marketing, communication, mass media and/or business studies

• Solid knowledge of web and social media platforms: CMS, Google Analytics, LinkedIn, META Suit (Facebook, Instagram), Mailchimp etc.

• Advanced expertise in the Microsoft Office Suite (including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) is required

• Familiarity with Adobe applications, with an emphasis on Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere

• Experience in digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Twitter Ads, LinkedIn ads)

• Ability to keep up of the latest developments, track trends and develop or seek innovative ideas

• A flexible, multitasking, detail-oriented and positive professionalism

• Fluency in Greek & English Language both written and oral

• Problem-solving, organizational and team working skills, proactiveness and 'can do' attitude

• Effective prioritization whilst managing multiple projects at the same period

• Google Ads and Analytics certifications are considered a plus

• Strong work ethic and team spirit

• High degree of professionalism and strong interpersonal (verbal and written) communication skills

• Ability to deal sensitively with confidential material and communicate with various levels of management

• Decision-making, problem-solving, and analytical skills

• Organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills

• Fulfilled Military Obligations (If applicable)
