The key responsibilities of the Project Finance Analyst will include:
- Supporting the full acquisition process of new projects
- Performing business plan analysis
- Perform detailed financial analysis and cash flow modeling of the projects
- Building sophisticated financial models and draft reports and presentations in the course of our on-going projects
- Interacting on a frequent basis with customers
- Delivering excellent client service
- Anticipating change and encourage others to perform confidently in ambiguity
- Working in teams of qualified and highly motivated professionals
- Maintain highest standards of business ethics
The one we’re looking for needs to have:
- University Degree in Economics / Business Administration or Finance
- Master’s Degree (M.Sc. or MBA) in Statistics/ Mathematics / Econometrics / Economics
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience a similar role
- Excellent command of the Greek & English language and computer literacy
- Excellent written, verbal & presentation skills
- Military obligations fulfilled for male candidates
To be successful as a Project Finance Manager in Grant Thornton Greece you need the following:
- Effective communication and rapport building skills
- Excellent report writing skills both in Greek and English language
- Excellent analysis and data reporting skills
- Advanced computer skills in MS Office ,databases and data analytics tools
- Ability to work effectively on his/her own and as part of a team
- Familiarity with project management principles and approach
- A good coaching and mentoring skills for younger team members
- Ability to develop and deliver high quality services and solutions
- A customer-centric approach to finance and business operations
- An extremely high work ethic and critical thinking
- Motivation for career progression and development
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
