Our Technology Intelligence and Performance department is continuously growing, supporting clients of all different sizes across many different sectors and is currently seeking to employ a UI/UX Designer.
Job Description
The key responsibilities of the UI/UX Designer will include:
- Creating both functional and appealing beautiful features that address our client’s needs.
- Translating their needs into user-friendly designs.
- Working with our Technology Intelligence & Performance team
- Delivering UI mock-ups, prototypes, final products, and creative assets.
- Identifyng and troubleshooting UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)
- Translating concepts into wireframes, prototypes and user flows using specialist tools such as Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Creating user personas, user journeys and site maps
- Keeping up to date with technological innovations and new tools.
The person we’re looking for needs to have:
- 2-3 years of experience in UI/UX design
- Bachelor's in UX or related field or equivalent experience
- An outstanding portfolio demonstrating strong 360 design skills and experience creating engaging assets across multiple mediums and platforms
- Experience in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma
- A basic understanding of HTML and CSS will be consider as an strong asset
To be successful as a UI/UX Designer in Grant Thornton Greece you need the following:
- Experience with or understanding of design principles, theories, and concepts.
- Ability to perform basic interactive and interface design research, collect data, and summarize results.
- Problem-solving, organizational and team working skills, proactiveness and 'can do' attitude
- Effective prioritization whilst managing multiple projects at the same period
- A flexible, multitasking, detail-oriented and positive professionalism
- Strong work ethic and team spirit
- High degree of professionalism and strong interpersonal (verbal and written) communication skills
