So, if you want to be part of this incredible journey here is an opportunity for you! We are currently seeking to employ an Experienced Internal Auditor for the internal audit of the Company at the level of Senior or Supervisor

The role in more details:

• Planning, directing, and completing internal audits and preparing audit deliverables reflecting audit's results according to the applicable internal audit standards;
• Setting the framework for establishing the audit scope and objectives, timelines and resources following a risk-based approach;
  
• Interacting with all lines of service and internal departments in order to set priorities, update and maintain the internal audit risk assessment and enhance the internal audit culture and maximize efficiency;
  
• Development of annual plans and audit programs and performance of follow-up audits at appropriate intervals;
  
• Ιdentifying gaps and recommending risk aversion measures;
  
• Performing validation reviews of the audit finding closures and ensuring resolution of identified findings;
  
• Preparing presentations for internal information, participating in various meetings and presenting the audits' outcome;
  
• Reporting to the Company’s BoD timely and adequately;
  
• Engaging in continuous knowledge development regarding sector's rules, regulations, best practices, tools, techniques and performance standards.

To be successful at this role you need the following (hard and soft skills):

• 3 to 5-year of Internal Audit experience, preferably in an audit firm, or an Internal audit / Internal Control division of a Company/Organization
  
• Someone who holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Exact or Applied Sciences. A Master’s degree is a plus
  
• A professionally qualified in Internal Auditing (CIA, CISA, COSO or other).
  
• Good knowledge of IPPF, Corporate Governance Framework, Internal Audit and Accounting standards is a prerequisite
  
• Ability to work independently and demonstrate professionalism and self-motivation
  
• Someone who maintains highest standards of business ethics and confidentiality
  
• Someone who is able to manage multiple competing priorities in a rapidly growing, fast-paced, interactive, results-based environment.
  
• Someone who has positive attitude and retains a team spirit culture
• Effective communication and rapport building skills
• Ability to develop and deliver high quality services and solutions
• An extremely high work ethic
• Motivation for career progression and development
• Military Obligations completed (if applicable)
