As a Senior Backend Developer, you’ll be at the forefront of designing and developing cutting-edge web applications in a microservices environment, while shaping the digital future. You’ll manage API integrations, collaborate with DevOps, and mentor junior team members along the way. Your expertise will drive the entire project lifecycle — from concept to delivery.

Who You Are: Skills & Experience

We’re looking for someone with 8+ Years of Backend Development Experience who’s ready to dive into a dynamic and forward-thinking environment. Here’s a snapshot of the skills we’d love to see:

Must-haves

• Mastery of Spring Boot, Quarkus, Jakarta EE
• Proficient in Microservices Architecture, Kubernetes, Docker
• Database Guru with relational designs and Liquibase know-how.
• Experience with Event-driven Architectures and Message Queues.
• Knowledge of SOLID principles and component-based architecture
• Strong command of Maven, Git, and repositories like Gitlab/GitHub
• Security savvy — RBAC, OAuth2, encryption — you keep data safe.
• Cloud-Native Development

Bonus Points If You

• Know your way around NoSQL databases like MongoDB.
• Are comfy in Linux environments.
• Have played with Redis, ETCD, or Reactive Programming.
• Embrace DevOps practices like automation and deployment pipelines.
