The role in more details:
- ServiceNow Implementation: Lead the end-to-end deployment of ServiceNow platforms, ensuring solutions align with organization requirements and industry best practices.
- Service Desk Optimization: Focus on enhancing service desk operations by refining ITSM processes and implementing effective ServiceNow solutions.
- Organization Engagement: Collaborate closely with organization, to gather requirements and translate business objectives into technical solutions.
- ITSM Transformation: Drive initiatives to improve operational efficiency and service quality through effective ITSM strategies.
- Training & Support: Provide comprehensive training and support organization on ServiceNow functionalities and ITSM best practices.
- Process Improvement: Conduct assessments of current ITSM maturity levels and develop strategic roadmaps for continuous improvement.
- ITIL Compliance: Ensure all implementations adhere to the ITIL framework, promoting the adoption of best practices across the organization.
To be successful at this role you need the following (hard and soft skills):
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years in ITSM consulting with a focus on ServiceNow and service desk operations.
- Previous experience in the banking or telecommunications sectors is highly desirable.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or Implementation Specialist preferred.
- Deep understanding of ITIL and ITSM processes.
- Proven track record in leading ITSM transformation projects.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, will be consider as a strong asset
- Experience integrating ServiceNow with other enterprise systems (e.g., HR, CRM, ERP),will be consider as a strong asset
- Effective communication and rapport building skills
- Ability to develop and deliver high quality services and solutions
- An extremely high work ethic
- Motivation for career progression and development
- Military Obligations completed, if applicable
