The key responsibilities of this role will include:
- Performing Project Management for multiple projects, including, planning, the definition of tasks and deliverables, review of project deliverables, quality control, risk analysis & management, status reports, problem reporting & management, follow up
- Drafting project management deliverables
- Participating in functional and technical working groups and progress meetings
- Effectively coordinating the project team ensuring that team members are motivated
- Ensuring the smooth communication with the clients, team and external partners
- Acting as point of contact and communicate project/service status to all parties
- Monitoring client service on a daily basis (technical accuracy and response times)
- Participate in Presales activities and proposals preparation
The key requirements of this role are:
- University Degree in Computer Sciences or relevant discipline
- Master’s Degree in Business Administration will be consider as an asset
- Certification or Accreditation in Project Management such as PMP, Prince 2 will be consider as a strong asset
- min 8 years of working experience in Information Systems/IT project management
- Working experience of how various technologies work & translating the business domain requirements to technical designs
- Exposure in medium/large – scale enterprise application and data management projects
- Experience in sales or presales process
- Experience in business analysis and business process assessments and optimization
- The candidate must be fluent in English and Greek language – both in writing and speaking
