Accounting Specialist in Grant Thornton's Finance Department

The role in more details:

• Collaboration with team members and ensure the compliance with tax, labor and accounting laws and standards
• Ensure the compliance with the Firm policies
• Interaction on a frequent basis with colleagues of other department's
• Anticipating change and encourage others to perform confidently in ambiguity
• Maintenance of highest standards of business ethics

To be successful at this role you need the following (hard and soft skills):

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/ Business Administration/Economics or relevant field
• 3+ yeas of experience in Accounting office (Accounting, Payroll)
• Experience in ERP programs, especially Pylon & Navision
• Experience in ERGANI 
• Experience in MS Office (especially Excel)
• Ability to communicate fluently in Greek and English
• Ability to work in a team
• Effective communication and rapport building skills
• Ability to develop and deliver high quality services and solutions in a fast paced environment
• A customer centric approach to finance and business operations
• An extremely high work ethic
• Motivation for career progression and development
• Ability to gather and correlate correct data
• Military Obligations completed (if applicable)
