We are seeking for a detail-oriented and experienced accounting professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with tax, labor, and accounting laws and standards, while collaborating effectively with team members and other departments.

The role in more details:

• Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with tax, labor, and accounting regulations.
• Maintain regular interaction with colleagues from other departments to support cross-functional cooperation.
• Prepare and submit reports to tax authorities, including VAT, VIES, and related filings.
• Register and monitor supplier invoices daily to ensure accurate financial records.
• Prepare monthly supplier payments in a timely and accurate manner.
• Implement and maintain MyDATA requirements for tracking income and expenses.
• Register and monitor fixed assets to ensure accurate reporting and compliance.

To be successful at this role you need the following (hard and soft skills):

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience working in an accounting office
• Proficiency in ERP systems, particularly Navision
• Fluent communication skills in both Greek and English
• Strong experience with MS Office tools, especially Excel
• Attention to detail
• Effective communication and rapport building skills
• Ability to develop and deliver high quality services and solutions
• An extremely high work ethic
• Motivation for career progression and development
• Military Obligations completed (if applicable)
