The key responsibilities of this role will include:

• Provide first-line support for enterprise applications, troubleshooting and resolving issues as they arise
• Collaborate with responsible vendors to understand application functionality and design
• Address application issues and apply resolutions to resolve application support tickets
• Provide guidance to users to improve application usage
• Monitor application performance and identify potential improvements
• Respond to support requests via email, phone, or chat in a timely manner

Provide technical support to teams within the organization utilizing the enterprise applications

The key requirements of this role are:

• 1-2 years experience in an Application Management & Support position will be considered an asset
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Good understanding of the common enterprise applications operation and lifecycle
• Familiarity with enterprise applications such as workspace booking apps, HRMS, talent acquisition platforms, Project Management tools
• Experience with ticketing systems and support tools such as JIRA.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Experience in working with cross-functional teams

To be successful at this role you need the following:

• Problem-solving, organizational and team working skills, proactiveness and 'can do' attitude
• Effective prioritization whilst managing multiple projects at the same period
• A flexible, multitasking, detail-oriented and positive professionalism
• Strong work ethic and team spirit
• High degree of professionalism and strong interpersonal (verbal and written) communication skills
