The role in detail

We are seeking experienced auditors to join our team, focusing on providing audit and control services for EU Institutions. This role involves conducting financial and compliance audits, supporting decision-makers, and collaborating closely with EU officials to ensure financial accountability and transparency.

Duration: 3 months

The key responsibilities of this role will include:

• Preparation and assignment of Physical Files to collaborating Law Firms, for the continuation of legal actions, announcements, etc.
  
• Supporting Law Firms to complete the Legal Activities
  
• Monitoring requests under Law 3869/2010, reviewing court decisions and being in charge of legal and banking actions under Law 3869/2010
  
• Systematic case management for starting/continuing Legal Actions
  
• Receipt and processing of Files (Reassignment)
  
• Processing and analysis of excel files
  
• Adheres to the Company’s Code of Ethics and ensures compliance with policies and procedures

To be successful at this role you need the following (hard and soft skills):

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
  
• Up to 2 years of experience in administrative positions in financial services
  
• Experience in the administration support of L. 3869/2010
  
• Efficient verbal and written communication skills in English and Greek
  
• Computer literacy, knowledge of MS Office
• Time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
  
• Ability to work under stressful conditions
  
• Problem-solving ability
  
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively at all levels
