The role in detail:
We are looking for an organized and proactive Project Coordinator Assistant to support day-to-day operations and ensure smooth coordination across teams. This is a hands-on support role focused on maintaining efficient administrative workflows, facilitating project execution, and enabling effective collaboration between departments.
The key responsibilities of this role will include:
- Providing administrative and secretarial support to the team.
- Coordinating internal processes and ensuring timely completion of deliverables
- Monitoring deadlines and preparing status reports and timelines.
- Acting as a liaison between internal departments (Legal, Operations, Finance) to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Being the point of contact for contract-related matters, supporting project managers and the Deals team.
- Preparing reports, presentations, and professional correspondence in Greek and English.
To be successful at this role you need the following (hard and soft skills):
- 2+ years of relevant experience in a similar role (Operations / Administrative Support / Office Coordination)
- University degree, preferably in Business Administration or a related field
- Excellent command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail
- Flexibility, responsibility, and a proactive mindset
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work effectively under deadlines
- Effective communication and rapport building skills
- Ability to develop and deliver high quality services and solutions
- An extremely high work ethic
- Motivation for career progression and development
- Military Obligations completed if applicable
