This role ensures real-time visibility into project activity, resource allocation, and financial performance, linking project execution with strategic and financial outcomes.
As a key member of the Technology team, you will act as the connector between Delivery Governance (PMO), Pillar Heads, Engineering, and the AI Center of Excellence, ensuring that the execution engine operates predictably, efficiently, and profitably.
The ideal candidate combines deep expertise in delivery governance and technical management with a strong operational control mindset, enabling full transparency across performance, capacity, and financial outcomes.

Portfolio Governance & Control
- Oversee the entire technology delivery portfolio, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and financial targets.
- Maintain real-time visibility into project status, key milestones, and dependencies across all business units.
- Implement governance routines, health checks, and reporting structures that support consistent, transparent delivery oversight.
- Partner with the PMO and Head of Technology to ensure predictable and controlled execution.
- Manage resource allocation
across active and upcoming projects, ensuring optimal utilization and prioritization.
- Forecast resource needs in collaboration with Chapter Leads, Tribe Leads, Pillar Heads and Delivery Managers.
- Enable dynamic reallocation to meet business priorities and mitigate bottlenecks.
- Track and report budget, revenue, cost, and EBITDA performance across all delivery initiatives.
- Monitor project financials, identifying deviations and recommending corrective actions.
- Support leadership with financial insights, cost optimization opportunities, and delivery profitability analysis.
- Maintain an up-to-date pipeline dashboard, capturing project demand, prioritization, and capacity alignment.
- Facilitate coordination between teams to ensure prioritization decisions are data-driven and strategically aligned.
- Anticipate delivery load and proactively address overcommitment or underutilization risks.
- Develop and own portfolio dashboards tracking KPIs, delivery health, resource utilization, and financial performance.
- Drive a performance-driven culture by providing actionable insights and analytics to senior stakeholders.
- Conduct periodic portfolio reviews and retrospectives to identify improvement opportunities.
- Lead and mentor a small team focused on delivery governance, analytics, and portfolio operations.
- Promote a culture of predictability, transparency, and performance accountability.
- Partner with HR and the Knowledge & Capability Office to strengthen delivery management skills across teams
To be successful at this role you need the following (hard and soft skills):
