The role in detail
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Quality & Risk Management Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will help strengthen our quality culture, support compliance with regulatory and network standards, and contribute to continuous improvement across the firm. You will participate in key quality initiatives and help shape processes that ensure we deliver high-quality services with confidence and consistency.
The key responsibilities of this role will include:
- Supporting the firm’s compliance with risk policies, global quality management standards and regulatory requirements
- Developing and updating internal policies and procedures to reflect evolving regulations and best practices
- Conducting compliance assessments and helping design mitigation strategies
- Participating in audit quality reviews and helping monitor alignment with ISQM 1 and other regulatory expectations
- Performing root cause analyses and contributing to corrective actions
- Providing training and guidance to teams on quality, compliance and risk management
To be successful at this role you need the following (hard and soft skills):
- University degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance or Business Administration
- 5-6 years of professional experience in audit, quality assurance, risk management or compliance
- Professional qualifications, such as ACCA, ACA, CPA, SOEL, will be considered as an asset
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to apply professional skepticism.
- Excellent command of English and Greek
- Strong organizational skills & ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Motivation for continuous learning and professional growth
- Military Obligations completed (if applicable)
