The role in more detail:
We are looking for a Supervisor Transfer Pricing Consultant to join our Thessaloniki offices. You’ll be part of a collaborative team supporting multinational clients with transfer pricing documentation, planning, and advisory services. Your work will contribute to ensuring compliance with global standards while helping clients manage their intercompany transactions effectively.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Supervising teams of consultants and analysts, providing guidance, reviewing their work, and ensuring high-quality delivery of advisory and compliance-related transfer pricing services.
- Managing client engagements by planning workflows, allocating resources, and maintaining strong communication throughout each project.
- Conducting and reviewing benchmarking studies using specialized databases, and analyzing financial data to support economic evaluations of intercompany transactions.
- Developing transfer pricing policies and strategies that help clients address regulatory requirements and reduce transfer pricing risk exposure.
- Supporting clients during audits and regulatory inquiries, preparing responses, and defending transfer pricing positions.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver coordinated and practical solutions tailored to client needs.
- Coaching and mentoring junior team members, providing technical guidance, and encouraging confidence and adaptability in situations involving uncertainty or change.
The key requirements of this role are:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/ Business Administration/Economics/Accounting/Law or relevant field
- A Master's Degree in a relevant field will be considered an asset
- Minimum 4 years experience in a Transfer Pricing role
- Fluent communication skills in Greek and English
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work effectively in a team
- Strong analytical mindset and eagerness to grow professionally
