The role in more detail:
As a Campus Recruiter, you will support our early-talent hiring by connecting with universities, meeting students, and helping us find great candidates for internship and entry-level roles. You will participate in career days and campus events, source junior talent through online tools, and coordinate interviews and assessments. Working closely with our HR team and hiring managers, you will make sure candidates have a smooth and positive experience. You will also help with basic reporting and employer branding activities related to our campus presence. This is an excellent opportunity for a junior professional to develop their skills in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with universities, career offices, student associations and academic departments.
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process for internship and graduate positions.
- Coordinating and participating in university events, career days, workshops and presentations.
- Designing and implementing campus recruitment strategies to attract top early-career talent.
- Ensuring an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
- Creating and delivering presentations, promotional material and content tailored for campus engagement.
- Tracking, analyzing and reporting recruitment and employer branding metrics.
- Representing and promoting the company’s culture, values and opportunities to the student community.
The key requirements of this role are:
- Up to 1 year of experience in talent sourcing, recruiting or university relations experience with early-career or internship programs will be considered a strong asset.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related field.
- Excellent command of Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with applicant-tracking systems.
- Master’s degree in HRM will be considered an advantage.
- Fluent in Greek and English.
- Strong communication, organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to represent the company confidently in external events.
- Military obligations completed, if applicable.
