Grant Thornton’s Outsourcing Services practice is continuously growing, offering high quality services to our clients, committed to “making a difference every day” and is currently seeking to employ a Veeva CRM Administrator / Support Associate (client facing role).

The role in more details:

We are seeking a Veeva CRM Administrator / Support Associate to provide operational support and administration of Veeva CRM system within a regulated pharmaceutical environment. The associate will support business users across commercial and medical teams by managing user access, handling incidents, supporting standard configurations, and assisting with system enhancements and releases. This role requires a foundational understanding of Veeva CRM and Salesforce platforms, strong attention to detail, and the ability to operate within established SOPs and compliance standards while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
   

The key responsibilities of this role will include:

• Provide daily operational support for Veeva CRM users (Sales, Medical, Marketing, Commercial teams.

• Manage user access, roles, profiles, permissions, and territory assignments.

• Handle incident management, root cause analysis, and resolution within defined SLAs

• Support data quality activities, enhancements, change requests, and system optimizations.

• Act as a point of contact between business users and technical teams.
  

To be successful at this role you need the following (hard and soft skills):

• College Level qualification or equivalent.

• Hands-on experience supporting or administering Veeva CRM in a pharma or life sciences environment.

• Basic knowledge of Salesforce platform fundamentals (objects, fields, page layouts, profiles, roles).

• Experience with user support, incident handling, and issue resolution.

• Ability to perform standard CRM configurations under guidance (layouts, fields, simple workflows).

• Understanding of commercial CRM processes (sales reps, accounts, calls, territories) - Familiarity with data quality checks and basic reporting support.

• Fluent communication skills both in Greek and in English.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
