The key responsibilities of this role will include:

• Working in teams of qualified and highly motivated audit professionals

• Providing support to senior team members in executing audit procedures

• Interacting on a frequent basis with customers

• Delivering excellent client service

• Maintain highest standards of business ethics

The Role in Detail

• Supporting the delivery of a broad range of financial advisory engagements, including corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), business valuations, debt and equity financing, and financial restructuring initiatives.

• Assisting in the development of financial models, valuation analyses, and financial projections to support strategic decision-making and long-term business planning.

• Performing in-depth financial analysis and industry research to identify market trends, assess competitive dynamics, and evaluate potential investment opportunities.

• Contributing to the preparation of client-facing materials such as financial reports, presentations, and information memoranda for investors and other stakeholders.

• Working closely with senior team members to formulate strategic recommendations and customized solutions aligned with clients’ financial and operational objectives.

• Interacting with clients, investors, financial institutions, and other stakeholders to collect, analyze, and validate relevant financial and strategic information.

• Demonstrating initiative by proactively seeking new challenges and development opportunities, continuously enhancing technical skills, and learning within a collaborative and supportive team environment.

What You'll bring:

• 0-4 years’ experience in in financial analysis, corporate finance, or related fields. Exposure to financial modelling or advisory projects will be considered an asset.

• Strong academic background, including a Bachelor’s degree from a top-tier university in Accounting, Finance, Banking, Economics, or a related field with a solid quantitative emphasis.

• A Master’s degree or relevant professional certifications (ACCA, ACA, CFA) in the above fields will be regarded as a strong asset.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Greek and English.

• Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

• Familiarity with IFRS and Greek GAAP will be considered an additional asset.

• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, while meeting tight deadlines.

• Strong commitment to delivering high-quality services and practical, value-driven solutions.

• High level of motivation for continuous learning, professional growth, and career development.

• Military obligations fulfilled (if applicable).
