The role in detail

We are seeking an AI Solution Architect to design and lead the architecture of advanced AI and Generative AI (GenAI) solutions for our clients. This role focuses on solution design, technical leadership, and client engagement. You will work closely with Business Development team, clients, Software Architects, Data Engineers, Backend Engineers, and Cloud/DevOps teams to translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and production-ready AI architectures. You will remain hands-on at the design and proof-of-concept level, acting as a technical authority for ML, GenAI, LLM-based, RAG, and Agentic AI solutions.

The key responsibilities of this role will include:

• Design end-to-end AI and GenAI solution architectures, from data ingestion to model serving and system integration.

• Architect solutions including ML, Deep Learning, GenAI, LLM-based applications, RAG pipelines, Agentic AI systems, and multimodal AI.

• Select models, frameworks, platforms, and tools based on business value, performance, scalability, cost, and risk.

• Define reference architectures, patterns, and best practices for AI and GenAI solutions.

Technical Leadership & Quality Assurance

• Act as technical authority on AI, ML, and GenAI architectures across projects.

• Review solution designs, pipelines, and AI components for quality, scalability, security, and maintainability.

• Guide teams on MLOps and LLMOps practices including CI/CD, versioning, monitoring, evaluation, and retraining.

• Address architectural risks such as data quality, hallucinations, latency, cost control, privacy, and compliance.

Client Engagement & Advisory

• Engage directly with Business Development team and clients to understand business challenges and identify AI and GenAI opportunities.

• Translate business problems into clear AI solution architectures and technical roadmaps.

• Lead or contribute to AI solution proposals, architecture presentations, and technical workshops.

• Act as a trusted advisor on AI feasibility, architecture choices, and implementation strategies.

Cross-Team Collaboration

• Collaborate with Software Architects, Data Engineers, Backend Engineers, and Cloud/DevOps teams.

• Ensure seamless integration of AI components into enterprise systems.

• Align AI architectures with overall solution architecture, cloud strategy, security, and DevOps practices.

To be successful at this role you need the following (hard and soft skills):

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.

• 7+ years of experience in Software or Data Engineering and 2+ years in AI/ML and GenAI projects.

• Strong expertise in Generative AI, LLM architectures, RAG pipelines, and Agentic AI patterns.

• Strong background in Python, ML frameworks, and LLM tooling.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Ability to drive architectural decisions independently.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Azure AI services (e.g. Azure OpenAI, Azure ML).

• Consulting or client-facing architecture experience.

• Familiarity with responsible AI and data governance principles.
