The role in detail
As a Total Rewards Specialist, you will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and managing compensation and benefits programs that attract, retain, and motivate top talent. You will ensure our reward strategies remain competitive, compliant, data-driven, and aligned with business objectives.
Key responsibilities:
Design, review, and optimize compensation structures (salary bands, grading frameworks, incentive schemes).
Conduct market benchmarking and salary surveys to ensure external competitiveness.
Support annual compensation cycles (merit increases, bonuses, promotions).
Manage and enhance employee benefits programs (insurance, allowances, flexible benefits).
Analyze compensation data and prepare reports, dashboards, and cost simulations.
Support job evaluation and internal equity analysis.
To be successful at this role you need the following (hard and soft skills):
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related field.
2–4 years of experience in Total Rewards.
Strong knowledge of salary benchmarking methodologies and grading systems.
Advanced Excel/data analytics skills.
Understanding of labor law, payroll structures, and tax implications.
Experience at supporting annual compensation review cycles will be consider as an asset
Strong analytical and numerical thinking.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
