The role in detail

As a Total Rewards Specialist, you will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and managing compensation and benefits programs that attract, retain, and motivate top talent. You will ensure our reward strategies remain competitive, compliant, data-driven, and aligned with business objectives.

Key responsibilities:

• Design, review, and optimize compensation structures (salary bands, grading frameworks, incentive schemes).

• Conduct market benchmarking and salary surveys to ensure external competitiveness.

• Support annual compensation cycles (merit increases, bonuses, promotions).

• Manage and enhance employee benefits programs (insurance, allowances, flexible benefits).

• Analyze compensation data and prepare reports, dashboards, and cost simulations.

• Support job evaluation and internal equity analysis.

To be successful at this role you need the following (hard and soft skills):

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related field.

• 2–4 years of experience in Total Rewards.

• Strong knowledge of salary benchmarking methodologies and grading systems.

• Advanced Excel/data analytics skills.

• Understanding of labor law, payroll structures, and tax implications.

• Experience at supporting annual compensation review cycles will be consider as an asset

• Strong analytical and numerical thinking.

• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
