The role in detail
As part of our continued growth, our Financial Services Advisory practice is seeking Senior Consultants to strengthen its Σελίδα 2 από 3Advisory and project delivery (PMO) capabilities. You will play a key role in managing workstreams, supporting client engagement delivery, and ensuring structured execution across complex transformation initiatives.
This role is well suited to professionals with experience in advisory, transformation, or PMO-driven environments who are ready to take greater ownership of delivery and stakeholder interaction.
Key Responsibilities
Lead workstreams within Operational Advisory and Financial Services engagements, with a strong focus on execution and delivery
Drive PMO and project governance activities, including planning, RAID management, dependency tracking, and progress reporting
Support the design and delivery of business process optimization and operating model transformation initiatives
Perform and review financial and operational analyses, business cases, and KPIs
Ensure quality, consistency, and timeliness of client deliverables
Act as a day-to-day contact for clients, coordinating across multiple stakeholders
Support project delivery disciplines, including scope management, timelines, and risk mitigation
Coach junior team members and actively contribute to practice development
Skills and Experience
2+ years of relevant experience in consulting, financial advisory, operational transformation, or PMO roles
Proven experience in project delivery, governance, and stakeholder management
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Experience preparing executive-level reporting and steering committee materials
Hands-on experience with Power BI for dashboard development, KPI monitoring, and project performance reporting
Excellent communication skills in Greek and English
High standards of professionalism, quality, and accountability
Ideally, You Also Have
Master’s degree or MBA in Accounting, Finance, Auditing, or related field
Knowledge of IFRS and/or Greek GAAP
Project management certification or training (e.g. PMP)
Experience in financial institutions and/or regulated environments
