The key responsibilities of this role will include:
Supporting Business and IT Units of banking clients in developing transformation and strategic projects and implementing strategies to improve key metrics and business operations in Private Banking, Wealth Management, and Brokerage.
Analyzing business requirements, performing business analysis, and identifying gaps and feasibility issues related to business initiatives.
Identifying and resolving business- and system-related issues, and analyzing alternative solutions.
Proposing and implementing recommendations, including but not limited to risk mitigation actions, process changes, system change initiatives, and reporting improvements.
Collaborating with technical teams to design and propose solutions that meet business requirements.
Participating in user testing and process evaluation, and preparing documentation including process flows, procedures, progress reports, and project documentation.
Effectively communicating and engaging with stakeholders to collect user requirements, conduct training sessions, and perform post-implementation reviews.
Providing project and change management support in the development of change management strategies for banking projects, and ensuring that client performance is properly monitored.
Managing stakeholders, including clarifying requirements and managing expectations, as well as analyzing, reporting, and preparing MIS and ad-hoc reports.
To be successful at this role you need the following (hard and soft skills):
2 - 5 years of experience in a similar position or experience in Wealth Management, Private Banking and/or Brokerage
Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant area (finance, business, economics)
Further qualification such as master’s degree or a professional qualification or part qualification (ACA/ACCA or CFA) will be considered as an asset
Proven ability to deconstruct complex tasks into clear, actionable features, products, and projects
Proven ability to lead a team or contribute as a valuable team member to deliver results on complex projects with tight deadlines
Strong communication skilss in Greek and English
Experience in MS Office
Organizational and time management skills, analytical thinking, collaboration and problem solving skills
Effective communication and rapport building skills
