The role in detail
This is an outsourced IT Project Manager (RPA) position within the fintech industry, focused on leading automation and low-code initiatives that support digital transformation projects built on the Microsoft Power Platform. You will plan and coordinate multiple projects, managing scope, timelines, deliverables, risks, and quality while acting as the key liaison between technical teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and senior management. In this role, you will oversee the design, development, deployment, and continuous improvement of solutions using tools such as Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI, while also supporting RPA, BI, and business process automation initiatives across business units. You will monitor existing solutions, manage issue resolution, and maintain project and technical documentation. To succeed in this role, you should have experience in IT or technology project environments, exposure to Microsoft ecosystem platforms, awareness of Generative AI capabilities such as Microsoft Copilot, strong communication and stakeholder management skills, and fluency in Greek and English.
The key responsibilities of this role will include:
Lead and manage the delivery of automation and low-code solutions within the organization
Plan, coordinate, and monitor multiple projects, including scope definition, task planning, deliverables, timelines, risk management, and quality control
Act as the main point of contact between developers, solution architects, business analysts, vendors, end users, and C-level stakeholders
Oversee the design, development, testing, and deployment of Microsoft Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
Monitor existing Power Platform solutions, manage issue resolution, and drive improvements to enhance performance and usability.
Prepare project documentation, status reports, and presentations while maintaining technical and functional documentation
Coordinate the implementation of RPA, BI and business process automation initiatives across business units.
Maintains a high standard of quality for all deliverables
To be successful at this role you need the following (hard and soft skills):
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Management Science & Technology, or a related field.
2–6 years of experience in IT, Information Systems, or technology project environments, preferably with involvement in project coordination or delivery
Experience or exposure to Microsoft ecosystem solutions such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, or other CRM/ERP platforms
Awareness or practical exposure to Generative AI capabilities within enterprise platforms, such as Microsoft Copilot, AI-powered automation, or AI-assisted analytics, will be considered a strong asset
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple projects, teams, and technologies simultaneously
Experience in process documentation and analysis, including specification of system requirements for business processes
The candidate must be fluent in English and Greek language – both in writing and speaking
Problem-solving, organizational and team working skills, proactiveness and 'can do' attitude
