The role in more detail:
As a Junior Investment Advisor at our Thessaloniki offices, you will support clients and senior advisors in assessing investment opportunities and financial projects. You will assist in preparing and reviewing financial data, conducting research, and providing actionable recommendations to drive decision-making. You will be develop advisory skills, gain exposure to real projects, and learn from experienced mentors in a fast-paced environment.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
Preparation of funding applications and business plans for private entities seeking to access state aid (L. 4887/22) for investment project implementation.
Preparation of funding applications for private entities seeking to access regional EU funding (NSRF/ESPA 2021–2027 programs) for investment project implementation.
Preparation of applications for private entities seeking to access RRF funding (Recovery and Resilience Facility).
Provision of project management services—including client communication, preparation of modification requests, and audit requests—to secure the disbursement of approved state aid funding
The key requirements of this role are:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree in a relevant area is considered a strong plus).
Minimum 1–3 years of proven experience in consulting or in preparing and managing investment funding applications (e.g., State Aid Law 4887/22, NSRF/ESPA programs, or RRF).
Solid understanding of the Greek and EU funding frameworks, procedures, and eligibility criteria.
Familiarity with project management practices, including client communication and audit processes.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Greek and English.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to think critically, strategically, and analytically to solve complex problems.
