The role in detail

We are seeking a highly capable Business Consulting Supervisor/Manager to join our rapidly growing Advisory practice. The ideal candidate brings strong experience in strategy development, change management, digital transformation, market analysis, and operating model redesign, combined with the ability to lead teams and drive strategic enhancements across multiple industries.

This role is a great fit for professionals with a background in strategy consulting, technology-enabled transformation, and business advisory, who are ready to manage complex projects and shape client roadmaps.

The key responsibilities of this role will include:

• Lead and manage end-to-end consulting engagements, ensuring high-quality delivery aligned with client needs and expectations.

• Develop and implement business and technology strategies, digital transformation initiatives, and operating model redesigns.

• Drive process and operating model optimization, ensuring efficiency improvements, scalability, and alignment with organizational goals.

• Conduct market analysis and identify strategic enhancements to support growth, competitiveness, and long-term value creation.

• Conduct business analysis, process mapping, and requirements gathering to support transformation projects.

• Facilitate workshops, transformation planning sessions, and alignment meetings with senior stakeholders

• Design and drive change management programs, including stakeholder engagement, communication plans, and adoption strategies.

• Supervise and mentor junior team members, providing guidance, feedback, and coaching.

• Prepare and deliver high-quality presentations, reports, and recommendations to senior client stakeholders.

• Contribute to business development activities, including proposal preparation, client meetings, and thought leadership.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams within Grant Thornton to deliver integrated, innovative solutions.

To be successful at this role you need the following (hard and soft skills):

• 3–6 years of experience in Management Consulting, Strategy, Business Analysis, or Digital Transformation roles.

• Previous experience in top-tier consulting firms or in international environments is highly valued.

• Strong exposure to technology-driven change, including:

  • Strategy Development

  • Digital Transformation

  • IT Consulting & IT Operating Model Design

  • Digital Transformation & Operating Model Design

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Proven experience leading consulting teams and managing client relationships.

• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments and manage multiple priorities.

• Fluency in Greek and English

• Strong presentation skills and the ability to convey complex ideas clearly.

• Experience in financial services, regulation, or risk management is a plus.

• Project management expertise, including Agile/SCRUM methodologies.

• Ability to produce structured reports, business cases, and transformation plans.

• Stakeholder management and conflict resolution skills.
