The role in detail
As a SAP FI Consultant, you will participate in SAP Finance (FI) implementation, customization, and support projects, working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver high-quality SAP solutions.
The role combines functional SAP FI expertise with technical understanding, requiring experience in financial processes, SAP configurations, and collaboration within enterprise environments.
The key responsibilities of this role will include:
Participate in SAP FI implementation, rollout, and support projects
Analyze business and financial requirements and translate them into SAP FI solutions
Configure and customize SAP FI modules based on business needs
Collaborate with Finance teams and business stakeholders to improve processes
Support system integrations, testing activities, and UAT sessions
Troubleshoot and resolve SAP FI-related issues
Work closely with technical teams for developments and enhancements
Participate in data migration and process optimization initiatives
Prepare functional and technical documentation where required
Ensure high-quality delivery aligned with project timelines and standards
To be successful at this role you need the following (hard and soft skills):
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
3+ years of experience as an SAP FI Consultant
Strong hands-on experience with SAP FI module configuration and support
Experience participating in SAP implementation and enhancement projects
Good understanding of financial and accounting business processes
Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA environments will be considered a strong asset
Understanding of ERP integrations and enterprise systems
Very good command of Greek and English language, both written and verbal
Soft Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Team-oriented and collaborative mindset
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
Proactive attitude with strong ownership mentality
Adaptability within dynamic and fast-paced project environments
