The role in detail

We are looking for a highly motivated Junior Transfer Pricing Consultant to join our Tax & Outsourcing team in Thessaloniki. In this role, you will support multinational and local clients by preparing transfer pricing documentation, conducting financial and economic analyses, and contributing to transfer pricing compliance and advisory projects. You will work alongside experienced professionals in a collaborative environment that offers continuous learning and career development opportunities.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

• Assisting in the preparation of transfer pricing documentation and compliance-related tax reports

• Conducting benchmarking studies using databases such as Amadeus TP Catalyst to identify and analyze comparable companies

• Analyzing financial information and supporting the preparation of economic and transfer pricing analyses

• Supporting the development of transfer pricing policies and strategies to help clients manage transfer pricing risks

• Collaborating with a team of professionals on transfer pricing advisory, compliance, and planning projects for multinational corporations across various industries

• Assisting in the identification of process improvement opportunities and contributing to the implementation of best practices

• Staying up to date with transfer pricing legislation, tax regulations, and market developments

• Building strong working relationships with colleagues and clients while maintaining high standards of quality and professionalism

The key requirements of this role are:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Law, or a related field

• Relevant experience in transfer pricing, taxation, accounting, or auditing will be considered an asset

• Completion of the Executive's Training Seminar in Taxation from Athens University of Economics and Business or a similar program will be considered a strong asset

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Ability to communicate in Greek and English

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

• Strong client-service orientation and commitment to delivering high-quality work
