The key responsibilities of this role will include:

• Supporting the coordination and management of digital transformation IT-related projects

• Communicating with stakeholders regarding project needs and goals
• Translating business requirements into technical requirements
• Contributing to the planning and development of projects
• Performing administrative tasks such as capturing meeting minutes and schedule meetings
• Testing, documentation, user training, and helpdesk for software applications
• Performs other duties assigned by the Project Manager orderly and efficiently
• Works with vendors and partners to prepare bid proposals (RFIs, RFPs and RFQs) and monitor the project delivery

The key requirements of this role are:

• University Degree in Computer Sciences or relevant discipline
• Good IT and ICT technologies background
• Max 2-4 years of working experience in Information Systems/IT project management
• Working experience of how various technologies work & translating the business domain requirements to technical designs
• Exposure in medium/large – scale enterprise application and data management projects
• Strong Project Management skills will be consider as an asset 
• Experience in any of the following: MS Dynamics 365 Applications (CRM, and/or Power Apps, and/or Power BI), other CRM/ERP solutions will be consider as an asset
