The role in more details:

• Perform varied secretarial duties and administrative responsibilities
• Responsible for monitoring all steps of the process, preparing status reports and projected timelines for tenders
• Coordinates the efforts of all relevant departments (legal, operations and financial departments) relating to tendering/bidding activities
• Foster strong relationships with internal departments to ensure effective communication and collaboration
• Be to focal point of contact for contract related matters for all stakeholders including project managers and team members of Technology Intelligence & Performance team
• Upon assignment of a tender coordinates the review of related contracts
• Create reports, presentations, and correspondence in both Greek and English

To be successful at this role you need the following (hard and soft skills):

• At least 2 years of experience in a same position.
• BS degree preferably in Business or other related field.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent English & Greek writing and oral skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills - attention to detail.
• Flexibility and strong feeling of responsibility.
• Ability to interact with numerous project stakeholders.
• Ability to work well under time pressures and to prescribed deadlines.
• Effective communication and rapport building skills
• Ability to develop and deliver high quality services and solutions
• An extremely high work ethic
• Motivation for career progression and development
• Military Obligations completed, if applicable
