The Role in Detail

As a Graphic Designer, you’ll play a key role in bringing our brand’s creative vision to life. Working within the marketing team, you’ll design engaging visuals for web, social media, and print, contributing to campaigns and team’s success. You’ll collaborate with experienced designers and marketing specialists, learning how to align your designs with campaign goals and brand guidelines. This role is a hands-on opportunity to develop your skills and grow your expertise, supporting the full creative process — from initial concept to polished final designs.

Who You Are: Skills & Experience

We’re looking for someone with 2+ Years of Graphic Design Experience who’s ready to dive into a dynamic and forward-thinking environment. Here’s a snapshot of the skills we’d love to see:

Must-haves

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field. 
• 2-3 years of experience as a graphic designer, either in an agency or in-house creative team.
• Expertise in graphic design softwares such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Proficient in video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere, etc
• Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition.
• Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to produce high-quality, pixel-perfect designs and ability to meet deadlines
• Understanding of UI/UX principles and digital marketing requirements
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
• Basic experience in photography and video recording, including an understanding of aesthetic principles, setup, and composition.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.
• A proactive mindset with a willingness to take initiative, embrace feedback, and continuously learn and grow in the field of graphic design.
• Team spirit - positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team

What You'll Do:

• Collaborate with our marketing team to develop and execute engaging designs for both digital and printed media.
• Create visually appealing static designs, including banners, brochures, social media content, and more.
• Support video production, contributing to dynamic multimedia projects.
• Brainstorm and bring fresh, creative ideas to enhance visual identity.
• Adapt designs for various platforms and formats while ensuring brand consistency.
• Stay up-to-date with design trends and technologies to produce innovative and impactful materials.
