The Role in Detail

As a Marketing and Client Experience Specialist, you will play a key role in planning, coordinating, and executing a variety of marketing events, including sponsorships and internal engagements. You will also support business development efforts by identifying and cultivating opportunities, partnerships, and strategic alliances that drive growth in our market. Additionally, you’ll ensure consistent brand implementation across promotional assets, proposals, and presentations, oversee the preparation of management reports, maintain data integrity within the CRM platform, and contribute to market research to identify new opportunities.

Who You Are: Skills & Experience

We’re looking for a dedicated marketing professional with 3-5 years of experience in professional services or a B2B environment. Below are the qualifications and skills we value:

Must-haves

• Degree in Marketing or Business Studies
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong reporting and analytics skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM or similar platforms.
• Fluency in English and Greek, both written and spoken.

Soft Skills

• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Flexibility, multitasking capability, and attention to detail.
• A proactive mindset with a problem-solving approach and a positive, "can-do" attitude.
• Strong prioritization skills to manage multiple projects effectively.
• High work ethic and dedication to delivering quality results.
