Grant Thornton’s Outsourcing Services practice is continuously growing, offering high quality services to our clients, committed to “making a difference every day” and is currently seeking to employ a Senior Project Manager for a corporate client.
The role in more details:
- Organization, planning, and monitoring of the project
- Management and leadership of a team of approximately 60 people
- Implementation of best practices and methodologies to optimize services
- Monitoring performance indicators (KPIs) and ensuring deliverables within set timelines
- Preparation of reports regarding team performance
To be successful at this role you need the following (hard and soft skills):
- Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in service project management with large teams
• Knowledge and experience in service management methodologies
• Strong organizational and effective communication skills in multi-level environments
• Experience with project and service management tools is desirable
• Knowledge of English (written and spoken) is preferred
• Ability to manage time, set priorities, and execute tasks efficiently
