HR Administrator for a Client

Grant Thornton’s Outsourcing Services practice is continuously growing, offering high quality services to our clients, committed to “making a difference every day” and is currently seeking to employ an HR Admin for a corporate client.

The key responsibilities of this role will include:
- Coordinate the pre-onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a seamless transition from offer acceptance to day one
- Track and manage the completion of required documents (e.g., IDs, tax forms, confidentiality agreements, background checks)
- Serve as the point of contact for candidates during the pre-onboarding phase, addressing queries and providing timely updates
- Maintain accurate and organized records in the HR systems and folders
- Ensure compliance with data protection and labor regulations throughout the pre-onboarding process
The key requirements of this role are:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1–2 years of experience in an HR or recruitment support role, preferably with exposure to onboarding processes
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Outlook, Word, Excel) and familiarity with HRIS or ATS tools
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- A proactive, service-oriented mindset with a passion for creating positive candidate experiences
