The key responsibilities of this role will include:
- Analyze current business processes and systems to identify improvement opportunities and propose optimized solutions.
- Translates business needs into technical specifications and prepares supporting documentation such as data models and process flows.
- Assesses and recommends technology solutions based on cost-benefit analysis and alignment best practices.
- Collaborates with business stakeholders to gather and document clear, detailed requirements aligned with strategic goals.
- Support the gathering, structuring, and documentation of functional and business requirements.
- Assist in or lead the creation of process maps, business workflows, and user journeys.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, testers, and other analysts.
- Supports end-to-end project management, ensuring timely and successful delivery in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Ensure professionalism, quality, and accuracy in all analysis outputs.
- Contribute to a collaborative and ethical work environment.
To be successful at this role you need the following (hard and soft skills):
- BSc/BA in Business, Finance, Accounting, IT, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in a relevant position.
- Fluent in both Greek and English language.
- Advanced user of MS Office Suite (Visio, PowerPoint, Excel, Word etc.)
- Experience with ETL and data visualization tools (Alteryx, Power BI) will be considered a strong asset.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Effective time management and organizational abilities.
- Team-oriented mindset and collaborative working style.
- High level of professionalism and work ethic.
- Work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Military Obligations completed for male applicants
