The role in detail
We are looking for a motivated professional to support legal case management under Law 3869/2010. The role involves coordinating with law firms, managing legal files and procedures, and handling administrative and data-related tasks to support financial and legal compliance efforts for EU-related projects.
Fixed-term contract (3 months), with potential for renewal based on performance and business needs.
The key responsibilities of this role will include:
- Coordination and administrative support to law firms, including providing instructions and following up to ensure the timely completion of legal actions under Law 3869/2010.
- Monitoring and handling requests under Law 3869/2010, reviewing relevant court decisions, and overseeing associated legal and banking procedures, demonstrating solid knowledge of the law’s processes and practical application.
- Systematic case management for initiating /continuing Legal Actions
- Receipt, reassignment, and processing of files
- Processing and analysis of Excel data files
- Adherence to the Company’s Code of Ethics and ensuring compliance with all policies and procedures.
To be successful at this role you need the following (hard and soft skills):
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Political Sciences or equivalent.
- Up to 2 years of experience in administrative positions in financial services
- Experience in the administration support of L. 3869/2010
- Efficient verbal and written communication skills in English and Greek
- Computer literacy, knowledge of MS Office
- Time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Ability to work under stressful conditions
- Problem-solving ability
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively at all levels
