The key responsibilities of the IT Business Analyst will include:
- Collaborates with business stakeholders to gather and document clear, detailed requirements aligned with strategic goals.
- Analyzes current business processes and systems to identify improvement opportunities and propose optimized solutions.
- Translates business needs into technical specifications and prepares supporting documentation such as data models and process flows.
- Assesses and recommends technology solutions based on cost-benefit analysis and alignment with industry best practices.
- Supports end-to-end project management, ensuring timely and successful delivery in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Facilitates communication between IT and business teams while maintaining a high standard of quality in all deliverables.
- Collaborates with business stakeholders to gather and document clear, detailed requirements aligned with strategic goals.
The key requirements of this role are:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or other relevant field.
- 2-5 years’ experience in technology business analysis. Experience in banking operations and financial services will be consider as an asset.
- Experience in process documentation and analysis, including specification of system requirements for business processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and business processes.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
