The role in more detail:
As a Junior Investment Advisor at our Thessaloniki offices, you will support clients and senior advisors in assessing investment opportunities and financial projects. You will assist in preparing and reviewing financial data, conducting research, and providing actionable recommendations to drive decision-making. You will be develop advisory skills, gain exposure to real projects, and learn from experienced mentors in a fast-paced environment.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Supporting the assessment of investment projects and funding opportunities.
- Collecting, reviewing, and analyzing financial and operational data from client companies.
- Participating in the preparation and submission of investment files, including applications, funding requests, and reporting documents.
- Contributing to financial assessments and advisory reports, highlighting key findings and actionable recommendations.
- Collaborating with senior advisors to ensure accuracy, quality, and consistency in deliverables.
- Engaging directly with clients, supporting project coordination and effective information exchange.
The key requirements of this role are:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- A Master’s degree or relevant qualifications (ACCA, ACA, CFA) is a plus
- 0–3 years of professional experience (internships or entry-level roles in advisory, finance, or consulting are welcome)
- Familiarity with investment mechanisms, budgeting, and reporting standards
- Basic knowledge of financial analysis, Excel, and reporting tools
- Analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving mindset
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively
- Fluency in Greek and English
- Fulfilled military obligations (for male candidates)
