We are currently seeking to recruit an Internal Business Analyst to join our Deals team.
Role Overview
As an Internal Business Analyst, you will act as a key internal point of reference within the Deals Department, supporting management in decision-making through data-driven insights and process optimization. You will collaborate closely with internal teams, collect and analyze data from various projects, monitor performance indicators, and prepare reports and presentations for senior management and the management committee.
Your role is central to ensuring that information flows efficiently between teams and that strategic and operational decisions are supported by accurate analysis and well-structured insights.
The role in more details:
- Collect, analyze, and interpret internal data and project metrics to identify trends, performance gaps, and areas for improvement
- Prepare and present reports, dashboards, and management presentations summarizing key findings and recommendations
- Act as a liaison between internal teams ensuring smooth communication, alignment, and follow-up on initiatives
- Support the monitoring of department projects, tracking progress, deliverables, and deadlines to ensure timely completion
- Contribute to process optimization by examining internal workflows, systems, and tools to enhance efficiency and collaboration
- Gather and document functional and business requirements from teams to support operational initiatives and system improvements
- Maintain and update internal databases and reporting tools to support ongoing performance tracking
- Prepare presentations, reports, and executive summaries for management committee meetings and leadership reviews (in Greek and English)
- Provide administrative and coordination support to ensure the smooth execution of teams priorities and internal communication flow
To be successful at this role you need the following (hard and soft skills):
- 2+ years of professional experience in a Business Analyst, Operations, Project Management, or Internal Reporting role — preferably within a consulting, finance, or corporate environment
- University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field (Master’s degree will be considered an asset)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights
- Excellent command of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with data visualization or reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) will be an advantage
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills, with the ability to convey findings clearly to senior management
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills, able to work collaboratively across departments and levels
- Attention to detail, accuracy, and commitment to high-quality deliverables
- Fluency in Greek and English, both written and spoken
- A proactive and results-oriented mindset, with a high level of professionalism and integrity
- Effective communication and rapport building skills
- Ability to develop and deliver high quality services and solutions
- An extremely high work ethic
- Motivation for career progression and development
