The role in detail
We are looking for professionals to join our team in delivering high-impact advisory services to public sector clients. The role involves monitoring and managing development programs such as ESIF/ESPA and RRF, supporting the implementation of consultancy projects, and coordinating stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes. You will contribute to drafting policies, tenders, and strategic initiatives, while providing analytical insights and solutions that drive effective program delivery within EU-funded frameworks.
The key responsibilities of this role will include:
- Monitor and manage public sector development programs (e.g., ESIF/ESPA, RRF) for public sector clients, ensuring timely updates, identifying potential challenges, and proposing effective solutions.
- Provide support in the implementation of consultancy projects for the public sector, including feasibility studies, business plans, market analyses, administrative reform initiatives, and EU technical assistance projects.
- Coordinate and oversee project implementation on behalf of public sector clients, maintaining communication and collaboration with internal teams, external partners, vendors, and governmental stakeholders.
- Prepare and submit governmental policies, procedures, contracts, and supporting documentation related to public sector programs and funding schemes.
- Support government leaders in shaping strategic priorities and translating policy objectives into actionable initiatives within the framework of EU-funded programs.
- Develop and draft public tenders (RFPs) by analyzing client needs, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and alignment with procurement standards.
- Monitor tendering processes to ensure completeness, compliance, and consistency with public procurement regulations and program requirements.
- Contribute to analytical reports, policy recommendations, and evaluations to facilitate informed decision-making and successful program delivery.
To be successful at this role you need the following (hard and soft skills):
- Strong academic background in Public Policy, International Studies, Economics, Business Administration, Finance, or Engineering.
- 3+ years of professional experience in consulting or advisory services for public sector organizations.
- Expertise in ESPA, RRF, and other co-funded programs, with ability to align deliverables to program requirements.
- Knowledge of public procurement and administrative law (especially Law 4412) and experience preparing bids for Greek and EU tenders.
- Excellent communication and writing skills in Greek and English, with proven ability to collaborate in multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and strong motivation for continuous learning and professional growth.
