Our Deals Department
At Grant Thornton Greece, we are a team of industry experts who deliver dynamic solutions in a complex and evolving business environment. Our Deals Department supports clients in making strategic, financial, and operational decisions that drive value and sustainable growth.
Role Overview
As a Project Coordinator, you will act as a key internal point of reference within the Deals Department, supporting management in decision-making through data-driven insights and process optimization. Your role is central to ensuring that information flows efficiently between teams.
The role in more details:
Providing administrative and secretarial support to the team.
Coordinating internal processes and ensuring timely completion of deliverables
Support the monitoring of department projects, tracking progress, deliverables, and deadlines to ensure timely completion
Acting as a liaison between internal departments (Legal, Operations, Finance) to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
Being the point of contact for contract-related matters, supporting project managers and the Deals team.
Preparing reports, presentations, and professional correspondence in Greek and English.
To be successful at this role you need the following (hard and soft skills):
2+ years of relevant experience in a similar role (Operations / Administrative Support / Project Coordination)
University degree, preferably in Business Administration or a related field
Excellent command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English
Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail
Flexibility, responsibility, and a proactive mindset
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work effectively under deadlines
Effective communication and rapport building skills
Ability to develop and deliver high quality services and solutions
An extremely high work ethic
Motivation for career progression and development
Military Obligations completed if applicable
