The role in detail

As a Graphic Designer, you'll be responsible for creating impactful visual content that strengthens our brand presence across digital and print channels.

You will collaborate closely with marketing specialists, content creators, and business stakeholders to develop engaging creative assets that support campaigns, events, thought leadership initiatives, employer branding activities, and corporate communications.

This role is a hands-on opportunity for a design professional who combines strong technical skills with a creative mindset and a passion for visual storytelling.

The key responsibilities of this role will include:

• Design high-quality visual assets for social media, websites, email campaigns, presentations, reports, events, and print materials.

• Translate strategic and marketing objectives into compelling visual concepts.

• Ensure consistency and excellence across all brand touchpoints.

• Contribute creative ideas and innovative design approaches to support marketing initiatives.

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail.

• Support photography, video production, and multimedia content creation when required.

• Stay up to date with design trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices.

To be successful at this role you need the following (hard and soft skills):

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.

• 2–3 years of professional experience in Graphic Design, either within an agency or an in-house marketing/creative team, or other professional services environment.

• A portfolio demonstrating creativity, versatility, and attention to detail.

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.

• Strong understanding of typography, layout, visual hierarchy, color theory, and branding principles.

• Experience designing for both digital and print environments.

• Understanding of UI/UX fundamentals and digital marketing requirements.

• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.

• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn, adapt, and contribute new ideas.

• Positive team spirit and strong sense of ownership.

• Basic experience in photography, videography, and content production.

• Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or other video editing and motion graphics tools.

• Experience creating engaging and dynamic Presentations in MS Powerpoint mainly

• Experience creating social-first content and short-form video assets.

• Knowledge of AI-powered creative tools and design workflows.
