The role in detail
We are seeking a Payroll & HR Administrator to join our Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) team. In this role, you will provide payroll and HR administration support for a corporate client, ensuring the accurate and timely execution of payroll and employee-related processes.
Working closely with the client and internal team members, you will be responsible for day-to-day HR administration, ERGANI submissions and payroll-related activities, while ensuring compliance with Greek labor and social security legislation.
The key responsibilities of this role will include:
Provide payroll and HR administration support for a dedicated corporate account
Handle employee lifecycle processes, including hires, terminations, contract changes and employee records
Prepare and submit required declarations and information through the ERGANI information system
Support day-to-day HR administration and payroll-related processes
Ensure compliance with Greek labor and social security legislation
Identify and propose solutions to payroll and HR-related issues
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation
Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to their implementation
Work effectively as part of a team of qualified and highly motivated professionals
To be successful at this role you need the following (hard and soft skills):
1–2 years of professional experience in payroll and/or HR administration
Practical experience with the ERGANI information system and related submissions
Good knowledge of Greek labor and social security legislation
Experience in HR administration and employee lifecycle processes
Good knowledge of payroll software and MS Office
Good command of spoken and written English
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Military obligations completed (if applicable)
