The role in detail

This is an outsourced role, which involves facilitating communication between teams, ensuring adherence to established processes, and assisting technical teams with tool usage, configuration, and reporting. We are looking for a versatile IT support officer to contribute across different phases of IT projects, including development, testing, operations, and documentation, depending on business needs.Additionally, the position provides coordination and administrative support to project managers, contributing to the smooth execution of project activities. 

The key responsibilities of this role will include:

• Supporting various IT tasks – development, testing, operations, or documentation – depending on project needs.
• Facilitating inter-team communication and helping ensure process adherence.
• Assisting technical teams with tool usage, configuration, or reporting.
• Providing project coordination or administrative support to project managers.

To be successful at this role you need the following (hard and soft skills):

• 2-5 years of experience in IT environments across different functions.
• Flexibility and curiosity to work across support, development, or coordination tasks.
• Familiarity with DevOps, scripting, or project management tools – we’re flexible.
• Quick learner who thrives in mixed-role scenarios.
• Versatility and eagerness to grow.
• Dependable and proactive communication across technical and functional teams.
• Solid time management and self-organization.
• Willingness to contribute wherever needed.
